How do I book?

You can book by calling into the Garden Centre or call us on 01543 254306, where we can take a payment over the phone by Credit or Debit Card.

 

What about payment?

We require payment in full when you book (unless otherwise stated).

 

What's included in the price?

All prices shown here include return coach travel plus entrance fees (where applicable). Food and drinks are not included unless otherwise specified - some gardens allow you to bring a picnic, check the descriptions for details.

 

How do I get 'Garden Club' prices?

By joining our own Garden Club! For a one-off fee of £10, you'll get 10% Off the price of all our Coach Trips. If you are a regular traveller, the savings soon add up. Not only that but we also have regular Members Weekends through the year where you'll get 20% Off nearly all your purchases - see our 'Garden Club' page here for more details.

 

What about National Trust Members?

Some of our trips are to properties and gardens run by the National Trust. If this is the case and you are a NT member, you qualify for the NT rate which will be shown in the description (generally this will be just the cost of your seat on the coach). Please note we will need to see your NT Card when you book and you will need it on the day of travel. If you don't have your NT card on the day, you will need to pay the admission charge applicable at the venue.

 

Disabled visitors and Wheelchairs

Our trips visit a range of destinations, some more suitable for less able visitors than others. If you think this may be an issue, please ask us about the suitability for wheelchairs etc.

 

Can I reserve a space and pay later?

Please note we can only reserve spaces for a few days - if you do not come back to us after this time, your reservation will be cancelled.

 

What if I can't make it?

1. If you are unable to travel before the day of the trip, please let us know as soon as possible - we are generally unable to refund unless we can re-sell your ticket - if a trip isn't full we are unlikely to be able to offer a refund, but some of our trips sometimes have a waiting list so if we are able to sell your seat to someone else we can refund you in full. 

 

2. If unable to travel on the day, please let us know using the contact details on your ticket or by calling 01543 254306 / 07971 824058. In this instance we would be unable to make any refund.

 

What are the coaches like?

We use local company Solus Coaches based in Tamworth, and the coaches are executive class with a toilet and air conditioning.

 

What time do we get back?

This can vary according to the distance and destination, but we generally aim to be back in Lichfield by around 6.30-7pm.

 

What is the journey time?

Again this varies according to where we go - longer trips will stop for a comfort stop en route generally at a motorway service station.

 

General Points about our Trips..

Our days out visit a range of destinations through the seasons - about the only thing we can't arrange is the weather, so do come prepared with appropriate clothing and footwear. It's also worth bringing some water and a snack with you just in case of a delay.
