Rhododendrons and Azaleas

 

Rhododendrons and Azaleas are a very colourful group of plants. Flowering from mid spring to early summer, they take many forms and do really well in shadier areas. All the ones we sell can be successfully grown in large pots if necessary. Be sure to use Ericaceous Compost when you plant, and keep up the food supply by using an Acidic feed - this is also useful for other ericaceous plant like Pieris, Heathers, Magnolias and Japanese Maples (Acer varieties).
